Live Delivery Guarantee & Conditions
Our live delivery guarantee is subject to the following conditions:
- Receiving Your Worms: You must be present to receive your worm delivery or inform us to add a "Hold at Post Office" notice to your package. If the package is left outside or in the mailbox, the live delivery guarantee is void.
- Delivery Responsibility: We do not guarantee live delivery if the worms are left in a mailbox or on the porch. Inform your postal carrier that you are expecting a delivery. We are not responsible for postal service errors, so please monitor your delivery closely.
- Address Changes: If your shipping address changes after placing the order, the live guarantee is void.
- No Refunds/Returns: There are no refunds or returns for worm shipments. To submit a DOA order claim, please visit our Claims Page.
- Dead on Arrival (DOA) Policy: If worms arrive DOA, no refunds will be issued. However, we will replace the dead worms once. Notification of a DOA shipment must be received within two hours of delivery, accompanied by a video or images showing the dead worms and the shipping label. Contact us here.
- Reshipment Policy: We will reship only once at our cost. For bulk orders, specific conditions apply (see below).
- Bulk Worm Orders: Bulk worm orders are included in our Live Delivery Guarantee if you purchase overnight delivery. Contact us to set this up. If overnight delivery is not chosen, you will be responsible for replacement costs plus shipping.
